Recently I booked an appointment for a filling that had come out for another dentist (completely unaffiliated with the Dental Spa) that was my primary dentist, and they could not offer care until June at some point (today is 4/2/21) and my prior dentist did not even offer to do a temporary filling--just said 'you have a lost filling, come back for another appointment sometime late June'. So I looked into the Dental Spa, as I had no other options. On my very first visit to the spa, they analyzed the issue, got my records and fixed my filling in the same day (it wasn't even a temporary filling either). AND partially cleaned some of the unreachable debris from my permanent retainer, as well as polished some stains I had on one of my front teeth. This was done within 30 minutes of stepping into the Dental Spa's doors for the first time! I also want to mention the atmosphere, as well as the staff are superb. Kind, cheery and accommodating. The atmosphere was calm, no advertisements for their business in your face at every turn or trying to tell you 'they are the best dentistry around'. It had calming music, water in the background as well as visuals on the TV. You feel relaxed and ready for your dental work. It doesn't stop there. When you get into the chair--they ask you if you would like the chair to be warmed or a massage function turned on, as well as a TV directly above you to view while you have work done. I will never go back to my prior dentist. You couldn't pay me to do it. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness Dental Spa. You earned a new customer.
